Chinese families arrived in Guyana in the 1850s and have cooked alongside their African, Indian and Caribbean neighbours ever since. Out of that came a whole cuisine: house special fried rice, char siu and lo mein next to curry goat, oxtails, roti and dhall puri.
Legends Caribbean Shack brings that Guyanese-Chinese fusion to Orlando. Everything is cooked to order, sauced generously, and built for sharing.
